<P><B>VERY IMPORTANT</B></P>
<P>There is no way for an end user to change the status of a contract it
is something that only MAGNA is to do ONLY because of the security required
to do such an activity. Only change the status of a canceled contract,
NEVER change the status of a deal from canceled to good, have the client
re-write the deal. </P>

<LI>Make sure the contract has a canceled status </LI>
<LI>go to the command line </LI>
<LI>type 'env UPDATE=YES $exec/uamaint mkcnt' </LI>
<LI>Select the contract number </LI>
<LI>change the status to the desired status, </LI>
<LI>press F2 </LI>
<LI>9. That's it ?? Escape out.</LI>
